We have broken down our assessment process into parts in order to make it more accessible, and to avoid unnecessary costs.
Remote - Preliminary Assessment Report.
*Prior to a Remote - Preliminary Assessment, a Sensory Screening and Consultation will need to be completed first.
Cost: £400 - deductions will be made for services previously received, where applicable (see table below)
Remote - Preliminary Assessment Report. Formulated using information from previous reports, and Initial Sensory Screening and Consultation document.

Preliminary Assessment Report with Initial Observations

Full Assessment Report
*Prior to a Full Assessment Report, a Remote - Preliminary Assessment Report will need to be completed first.
Cost: £960 - deductions will be made for services previously received, where applicable (see table below).
3 hours direct contact (plus travel expenses, see additional charges below).
Assessment takes place at home, school and / or other suitable environments e.g. outside or hall (extra cost for hall hire) or where necessary virtually. Through use of questionnaires, interviews, video footage, review of previous reports, home / school observations, clinical observations, and use of standardized assessments.

Treatment plan
Writing of a treatment plan, after direct therapy or observation.
